Port Angeles High School’s Campus Cleanup OperationToday's Campus Cleanup at Port Angeles High School was a huge success, with students and advisory staff members donning gloves and combing over the campus in teams with trash bags. "Thanks to Mace for organizing the campus cleanup today.  It was great to see students positively contribute around the campus," said Assistant Principal Jeff Lunt.

Resource Specialist Mace-Edward Gratz captured a photo of several bags of garbage collected.  “Overall, we had a great turnout!”  said Gratz.  “The advisories and students who came out did an incredible job!”

“Next time, we will have more bags and gloves,” promised Gratz.  “Maybe this could be a monthly thing?”

A group of 10th grade students paused for a quick photo: (from left) Lillian Batton, Kayden Pillen, Chelsea Fowler, Candie Hubble, Elizabeth Groff and Haley Ahlgrim.

“Key Club plans to get in on the Campus Cleanups after school, beginning in mid-October,” added Jon Hamilton, math teacher and Key Club advisor.

Great job, everyone!
